Dive into a scoop of paleo double chocolate bliss! This no-churn ice cream combines frozen bananas and rich cocoa powder for a creamy, chocolatey base, sweetened with agave syrup and packed with dark chocolate chips for that extra bite. It’s a decadent treat that’s dairy-free, guilt-free, and totally delicious!

Ingredients
  • 4 bananas
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Method
  1. Line an airtight freezer-safe container with baking paper.
  2. Cut bananas into small chunks and place in lined container. Freeze overnight, or for at least 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Add frozen bananas and almond milk to food processor and blend for approx 2 minutes, until mixture resembles icecream.

  4. Add cocoa powder and agave syrup to banana mixture and blend for a further 30 seconds until smooth.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips and serve. Enjoy!
