Description

You're going to want to lick the spoon of this dreamy, paleo-friendly chocolate pudding. Creamy almond milk, rich cocoa, and a dollop of almond butter blend with a touch of ghee for an ultra-smooth, nutty finish. Sweetened with maple syrup and a hint of vanilla, it’s your quick ticket to guilt-free decadence.

Method

  1. Melt ghee in microwave for 1 min on high, or in a saucepan over a medium high heat.
  2. Add almond milk, cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt to food processor and blend for 30 seconds, or until well combined, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Add melted ghee to chocolate mixture in food processor and blend for an additional 30 seconds, until well combined.
  4. Pour the pudding into 6 small cups or jars. Place in freezer for approx 30 minutes or in fridge for 2-3 hours, until firm.
  5. Serve with toppings or serve as is. Enjoy!
